Order Processing

• Ready-to-ship products are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Made-to-order, customized, or handcrafted pieces may require 2–6 weeks for production and finishing.
• Estimated dispatch timelines are mentioned on individual product pages wherever applicable.

As many of our products are handcrafted, occasional variations in production timelines may occur. We will keep you informed should there be any significant delay. 

Shipping Within India

• We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners.
• Standard delivery timelines range between 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote and non-metro locations may require additional transit time. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on select products.

• Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
• Delivery timelines vary by country and customs processing requirements.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges levied by the destination country.

Delivery of Large & Fragile Pieces

Many RehNeh Reflections creations feature handcrafted metalwork, reclaimed wood, stone, glass, or other delicate materials.

To ensure safe delivery:

• Certain large pieces may require specialized packaging and handling.
• White-glove delivery or installation support may be available for select products and locations.
• Delivery timelines for oversized pieces may differ from standard shipments. 

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

• Please photograph the product, packaging, and shipping label immediately.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address].
• Include your order number and photographs for review.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement, repair, exchange, or refund where applicable. 

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Customs inspections
• Transportation disruptions
• Force majeure events

RehNeh Reflections shall not be held liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
