We begin preparing many of our pieces shortly after an order is placed, especially handcrafted and made-to-order items.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- To cancel, please email [your email address] with your order number.
After 24 Hours
- If production or dispatch has already begun, cancellation requests may not be possible.
- In such cases, any approved cancellation may be subject to a craftsmanship and processing fee.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Refund Timeline
Approved cancellation refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
